Ok, the Rugby World Cup kicks off today and I’m not embarrassed to say that I am stoked. There are days when nerding it up has to take a back seat to some good, old-fashioned patriotism and stamping on foreigners.
That said, here are some pictures of My Little Pony dolls hacked, slashed and grafted to resemble famous comic book and movie characters. Because, rugby or no rugby, it’s dangerous to go cold-nerd all at once.
The artist’s name is Mari Kasurinen and it all has something to do with materialism rather than the girl-boner she had for Han Solo at age thirteen.
